This 1960 townhome is located within walking distance to Rupp Arena, UK, The City Center, & so much more! Our property features all the modern-day amenities a guest could desire including parking and private back patio. Guests will live like a true Lexingtonian and will be conveniently located for all their stay needs.
Guests will enjoy this 3-story townhome that includes a private back patio and private parking for up to 3 vehicles. Guests are prohibited from allowing more people onto the premises than the maximum occupancy limit specified for the property. Any unauthorized guests beyond the allowed occupancy are not permitted at any time during the rental period. Violation of this policy may result in immediate cancelation of your booking and forfeiture of any payments made.
While our property is walkable to many local attractions, we do suggest guest have a personal vehicle or rental car to access Central KY.
